DMCA Policy for High Frequency Trading Servers Gaming

High Frequency Trading Servers Gaming ("HFT Servers Gaming") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a proper DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the HFT Servers Gaming services, you may notify our designated Copyright Agent, as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the infringing content).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated Copyright Agent by submitting the following information in writing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which High Frequency Trading Servers Gaming may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
